ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

The Special Secretariat for Alternative Dispute Resolution (SSADR) of the Ministry of Justice has been certified in accordance with the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 international quality standard for the scope of “Monitoring and Institutional Strengthening of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms within the Ministry of Justice”.

The certification was awarded by the accredited certification body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) and confirms that the Special Secretariat operates a modern and effective Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 standard.

As part of the Special Secretariat’s broader strategic planning, achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification reflects its steadfast commitment to enhancing the quality, effectiveness and reliability of the services it provides through the implementation of modern administrative practices, the systematic monitoring and evaluation of its processes, and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement.
