The application submission process for participation in the program “Training in the Mediation Procedure” was successfully completed. The program is implemented within the framework of the action “Acceleration of the Administration of Justice” and is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
The application period ran from 30 October to 13 November 2025. Due to the high level of participation by beneficiaries (trainee lawyers, lawyers, and accredited mediators), the approved number of 12,000 places was exceeded by 535 applications.
The program promotes mediation as a modern mechanism for dispute resolution, enhancing citizens’ access to justice and reducing the workload of the courts.
Following the completion of the application process, the implementation of the program will commence, and is expected to begin on 1 December 2025, with continuous updates provided through the website www.lawtrain.gr.
