At yesterday’s event hosted by the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization on the topic “The Arbitration Clause in Practice”, the Ministry of Justice was represented by the Special Secretary for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Olympia Anastasopoulou, in an evening marked by meaningful dialogue and distinguished legal professionals who recognize the value of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
With its longstanding experience in the field, EODID created a constructive framework for the fruitful exchange of views and the transfer of valuable knowledge and expertise.
Within the framework of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Code currently under preparation, we are adopting the monistic system and approaching the institution with a modern and functional perspective, so that it may effectively serve the needs of citizens and businesses at both domestic and international level.
