Written Examinations for Candidate Mediators

The written examinations for the accreditation of new Mediators were held on Saturday, 30 May 2026, in the Ceremonial Hall of the Athens Court of Appeal, with record participation, as the number of candidates exceeded 170.

The examinations were based, for the last time, on Law 4640/2019, as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Code, containing provisions that strengthen the institution of Mediation, is expected -barring unforeseen circumstances- to have been enacted by the next examination session.
